Who specifically does this ministry reach?
All those who attend the Sunday morning Celebration services.

How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest Assembly?
This ministry directly facilitates our being “empowered by the Holy Spirit,” but it also impacts the “make and build disciples” component as the Holy Spirit ministers to us during the worship time.

Who is involved in this ministry?
Anyone in our church ages 13 and older who has a passion about worship and music.

What is required for involvement in this ministry?
• Basic musical ability is required (vocal or instrumental)—more advanced ability and experience required for leadership roles within the Worship Team.
• Attendance at an Encounter is a basic prerequisite for long-term participation on the Worship Team—also looking for evidence of a growing life of Christian discipleship.
• Weekly practices from 7-9 p.m. on Tuesdays.
• Sunday morning practice/prayer from 8-9 a.m.
• Ministry at both the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Sunday services.
