Who specifically does this ministry reach?

This seminar is designed to equip the believer in small group ministry. This training seminar is not limited to those who intend to participate in the seminars sponsored by Family Foundations. This is good training for anyone who wants to minister to others. This is highly recommended for any cell leader whether you are involved in Family Foundations or not.

How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest Assembly?
It builds disciples.

Who is involved in this ministry?
Pastor Bill is the church coordinator for all Family Foundations Seminars and oversees every seminar that is presented at the church. Esther Mc Michael assists Pastor Bill in preparation and closure for each seminar. There are also a number of people who have been trained to facilitate a small group. These people could be serving as intercessors, assistants, resource distribution and food preparation. Each worker is a critical part of the success of this ministry.

What is required for involvement in this ministry?
There are different ways a person can serve in this ministry. You must first attend the “Ancient Paths Seminar”, which is the foundational seminar to this ministry. Then you must attend the “Training For Ministry Seminar”. Following that you may participate in the seminar as an intercessor. If you desire you could remain as a small group intercessor. The need for intercessors is always great and no seminar is done without them. If you would like, you may pursue becoming a small group facilitator. This is a mentorship process that requires thorough observation from leadership before being released to lead a small group. Going through the training does not automatically guarantee your release into leading a small group. However, there is always a need for trained intercessors, food preparation, and resource distribution. If you are released to lead a small group you could continue your training and become a seminar coordinator.
