Vision/Purpose Statement

To provide a celebration event that includes the whole family and mobilize the body of Christ to serve the community in providing a safe fun alternative to the traditional Halloween event.

Who specifically does this ministry reach?
This festival is a celebration for the entire church. There is fun for everyone - ages one to one hundred. This is also a very large community event. The past few years we have had over 1500 people in attendance. This event continues to grow each year and we are nearing the point of outgrowing our property.

How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest Assembly?
This event service ministry that touches hundreds of people in our community and in doing this we are impacting our world for Jesus Christ.

Who is involved in this ministry?
This event is HUGE and requires a lot of people. This past year we had 177 people working at this event. Everyone and anyone is welcome to serve at this event. However, children are not allowed to serve; you must be a teen or an adult.

What is required for involvement in this ministry?
If you want to serve at this event, the only requirement we have is that you be alive and breathing and show up on the night of the event.
