This ministry reaches all those who have accepted the responsibility to follow-through with new guests that have recently attended our church.

How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest Assembly?
This ministry directly assists our church’s efforts to “make disciples.”

Who is involved in this ministry?
Any adult who is willing and able—even young adults are eligible to serve.

What is required for involvement in this ministry?
• A love for people.
• Good communication skills.
• An ability to encourage others while gently providing the accountability and structure leaders need to remember to follow-through on their contacts.
• Computer skills/email address is helpful to exchange information with the church office.
• Flexible schedule, but 1-2 hours a week could be required to make connections with leaders.
