Anita and I are natives of Chesapeake, and we have been married 29 years. We have 5 children; ages 9, 13, 17, 20, and 23. We have attended Harvest Assembly since 1986, and I have been on staff since 1998.

What Is It: It is a church service designed for kids

What Time: Each Sunday morning at 9:00 & 11:00

We are committed to equipping the children to be devoted Christ followers by ministering to them the pure word of God and prayer. Kidztown is an exciting equipping service for Kids. It is a fast-paced engaging service.

We have a team of 20 people who come together each Wednesday night to pray, plan, and prepare for what will be presented in the Sunday morning services. Come see what everyone is talking about and why the children and parents LOVE IT.

What do you do in Kidztown?

We use every means possible to give the children a clear message that goes beyond the intellect and straight into the heart. We make every illustration bigger than life. If the kids can see it, taste it, touch it, hear it, and yes, even smell it - we know they are getting the message. We are committed to being creative, innovative, and sometimes even outrageous, but we don't depend on all the bells and whistles. We acknowledge that we are absolutely dependent on the anointing of the Holy Spirit. If we don't have God's anointing, then all the bells and whistles are worth nothing.
