Vision/Purpose Statement
The ministry of intercession encourages all believers to stir up
the gift of faith that is within them and to pray for the will of
God to be performed in the lives of people and situations on earth.

Who specifically does this ministry reach?
“Every tribe, and tongue, and people, and nation.” (Rev.
5:9)
How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest
Assembly?
Holy Spirit-empowered intercession will ultimately impact/transform
you, your home, your church, your community, and your world. Additionally,
it undergirds every other ministry…”Never undertake
more Christian work than can be covered in believing prayer.”
(Alan Redpath, former Pastor of Moody Memorial Church in Chicago)
Who is involved in this ministry?
As representatives of the Lord Jesus Christ on earth, every believer
is called to pray/intercede.
“Therefore, I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers,
intercessions, and giving thanks be made for all men.” (1
Tim. 2:1)
What is required for involvement in this ministry?
The House of Prayer is open and available 7 days a week/24 hours
a day to members of Harvest Assembly. A key is required for entry.
Certain time restrictions may be put in place as safety concerns
are examined by the elders. No corporate intercession is currently
scheduled for women. Training in intercessory prayer may be offered
in the future if interest warrants it. The only requirement is faith
in God and a desire to pray for His will to be done on earth as
it is in Heaven.
