| Vision/Purpose Statement This ministry exists to build God’s family in our church by creating “spiritual families” who edify one another and evangelize those who are seeking Christ. Leader: Pastor Harold Moore (757) 547-7717 ext. 203 hmoore@harvestva.org Who specifically does this ministry reach? Anyone inside and outside our church. How does this ministry's activity fit with the Purpose of Harvest Assembly? This ministry directly helps Harvest Assembly make and build disciples, as well as help them make an impact on their world. Essentially, our small groups are one of the primary expressions of our church’s purpose statement. Who is involved in this ministry? Everyone, from young to old. What is required for involvement in this ministry? • Encounter attendance. • Active, ongoing equipping. • A committed, mentorship relationship with an already existing leader in our church. • The time commitment will involve having regular cell group meetings, follow-up and pastoral care of one’s cell members, as well as time invested in further mentorship with one’s leader. |
